   My thoughts are that maybe this is from the Lunar transition to a New Moon. The New Moon transitioning from Shebat, by name and by Hebrew Month, to that of Adar; meaning Strength.
   So for Strength I prayed for, as even the blacktop pavement emeitted this reflection the same as every blade of grass in the adjacent field.
